Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (US): 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders Aure Spa ships to select international destinations. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at maythestare36@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
